ℹ️ Permission System: Customize what Admin users can access per module (HACCP, Payroll, Devices, etc.). Installer and Viewer roles have predefined permissions.

Here are common admin configurations for different roles:

👨‍🍳 Kitchen Manager

Role: Admin

✅ HACCP: View, Complete tasks, Print reports
✅ Devices: View only
✅ Reports: View, Temperature, Alarms
❌ Payroll: No access
❌ Billing: No access

📋 HACCP Coordinator

Role: Admin

✅ HACCP: ALL (View, Complete, Edit, Create, Export, Print)
✅ Reports: View, HACCP reports, Export
✅ Devices: View only
❌ Payroll: No access
❌ Users: No access

💰 Finance Manager

Role: Admin

✅ Payroll: View, Export
✅ Billing: View, Export
✅ Reports: View, Export
❌ HACCP: No access
❌ Devices: No access

🧮 Accountant

Role: Admin

✅ Payroll: ALL (View, Edit, Approve, Export, Run payroll)
✅ Billing: ALL (View, Pay, Export)
✅ Reports: View, Export
❌ HACCP: No access
❌ Devices: No access

🏢 Multi-Site Supervisor

Role: Admin | Site: All Sites

✅ HACCP: View, Complete, Edit, Print
✅ Devices: View, Configure
✅ Reports: ALL modules
❌ Payroll: No access
❌ Users: No access

🔍 HACCP Auditor (External)

Role: Admin or Viewer

✅ HACCP: View, Export, Print (NO editing)
✅ Reports: View, HACCP reports, Export
❌ Edit/Complete tasks: No access
❌ Payroll: No access
❌ Devices: No access

💡 Tip: If you leave ALL checkboxes unchecked, the admin will have full access to all modules (backward compatible with older systems).
